2) tranzition 2 a trade

The tranzitions 2 a trade programme will provide your business with a fantastic oppotunity to meet your human resouce needs of tomorrow. We work with schools, students and their parents to identify suitable Australian School Based Apprenticeship applicants with a passion for your industy.

At the completion of the senior schooling phase of the apprenticeship we will either facilitate the conversion of the apprenticeship to full time, or find another employer who will employ your apprentice. The end result is that your business is one step ahead of the pack when it comes to hiring motivated skilled staff with a passion for a career in your business.

3) Adopt a School Programme (ASP)

The aim of the Adopt a School Programme (ASP) is to build partnerships between businesses, students, teachers and the broader school community through activities that increase knowledge and opportunities for careers and further education. The programme is two fold, helping industry and students.

We can tailor a programme for an individual business, group of businesses or an industry. The result will be:
• Increased awareness of career opportunities available for school leavers
• A raised profile of the business/industry amongst school leavers

Job Placement provides an employer-focused recruitment service where we canvass and match vacancies for employers.

All fees are paid by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, thus we are able to fill your vacancies with suitable job seekers and there is no charge for this service.
